1. Choose a secure hanging point
   Pick a strong beam, ceiling joist, sturdy tree branch, or a purpose-built swing frame.
   
2. Install the ceiling mount
   Use the included U-hook and screws. The kit includes screws for both wood and concrete, so you can mount inside or outside.
   
3. Attach the hardware
   Clip the carabiner and O-sling to your daisy chain strap, then connect to the ceiling hook.
   
4. Adjust height
   Set the swing at a comfortable height that allows safe movement and clearance from the floor.
   
5. Test for safety
   Give it a gentle pull before use to make sure all fixings are secure.
